Join us for an intimate community evening with Major O., an Israeli Air Force Reserve Major who served for twelve years as an F-16 navigator.
Following October 7, he returned to active reserve duty- not as an F-16 navigator, but in a joint-forces command role coordinating closely with the Israeli Air Force and ground forces during urgent, life-saving operations in the first hours and days of the war.
From the first hours of October 7 through more than 500 days of war, Major O. has worked at the centre of complex military operations, helping coordinate critical information, resources and missions across Israel’s air and ground forces. His service has also included a role in complex operations involving Iran, including Operation Roaring Lion.
Join us as Major O. shares experiences from the cockpit, the challenges of making critical decisions under pressure, and his firsthand account of the first days following October 7 and the months that followed.
This will be an opportunity to listen, learn and connect with our community through one extraordinary person’s story and service.
